Welcome to the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry Website. The Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry provides public information on any convicted sex offenders required to register pursuant to the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act passed in 2006. Title I is what is known as the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA). The Kiowa Tribe of OK has agreed to abide by this Act. Any convicted sex offender that lives, works, or attends school within the jurisdiction of the Kiowa Tribe of OK (as recognized by the Bureau of Indian Affairs) as of October 31, 2009 or who may have been previously been convicted of a sex crime, must register with the Kiowa Tribe. Offenders who fail to register and/or comply with the requirements of the Adam Walsh Act, will be reported to the U.S. Marshall's Office.
