Welcome to the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry Website. The Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry provides public information on any convicted sex offenders required registering pursuant to the Adam Walsh Child Protection Act and Safety Act passed in 2006. Title I is what is known as the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA). The Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma will abide by this act and in accordance with Code 25 of Federal Regulations. The Act applies to persons residing, working, or attending school within the jurisdiction of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma as directed by the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Department of Interior and whom have been convicted of a sex crime as of October 31, 2009 or have previously been convicted of a sex crime. Failure to register and comply with this Act may be reported/submitted to the U.S. Marshalls Office.
